Can l file charges against someone for false police report which resulted in my eviction? Can they retro file?

Got into a dispute with a apartment neighbor regarding a parking space in which l blew off. This event occurred on friday and by monday morning, l received a eviction notice! Apparently this woman claimed that l tried to rob her that night at 3:00 am. Her witness/boyfriend also backs up her story of the event. After our argument l never spoke with this woman again and was in bed during that time due to working that next morning. I asked the landlord for the report but she didn't have any specific details other that l tried to take money. I raced downtown to the oklahoma city records building and they have no report of the incident at all. This women bluffed her way into having me evicted for revenge. I have not confronted my landlord over her handling of the situation because l don't want to tip my hand just yet. I have copies of my bank statement, no incident found record, and also a statement from my supervisor regarding my sober status during that Saturday at work. The investigators said she can still retroactively file but her actions currently show haring behavior against me. How can l further protect myself from this women and sue the landlord if they still go through with eviction process? lm in oklahoma city.
