Is it true that McDonalds kills more people in one day than terrorism does in one year ?

Heart disease and diabetes kill thousands of Americans a day . Those diseases are directly linked to the foods we all eat and enjoy from places like McDonalds . If this is true why is it that they are allowed to kill untold millions hardly unchecked yet terrorism only kills a few thousand a year and our defense budget is literally 20,000$ a second to fight terrorism . Tobacco too , tobacco kills more people in one day than a whole year of terrorism yet you don't see predator drones circling their headquarters . I think these wars are only started and fought to make the people who benefit from starting and fighting wars rich . It really has nothing to do with Americas protection it's really all about making money . Am I right ? Is America really a war mongering country who will do anything to go to war just to make the top 20 % rich while the rest suffer ?
