Is it just me?

Is it just me or do others not get it why Gary Bettman would threaten to fine Burke and Lowe if there chirping keeps going on? Why would Gary Bettman do this? NHL fans like me love this. The NHL used to be a league where players told the press that they will go after players, those players didn't get threatened by the NHL commissioner , they got a round of applause from the fans and NHL fans are giving Burke and Lowe a round of applause for giving the NHL some much needed toughness. This is the stuff that makes it to the news paper in low hockey markets like Anaheim. So once again Gary Bettman makes another move that will not help the NHL fan base and marketing but hurt it. It is little things like this why i do not get the NHL commissioner , Gary Bettman. So is it just me?
