Where would be a good place to get married in So. California?

I have a budget of $25,000 and am trying to spend a good portion of the money on the Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception. I'm looking for something really pretty, and possibly quite extravagant. Any suggestions would be great, I don't even no where to start looking.
