How to get maggots out of my worm bin?

I have recently noticed that my worm bin has a lot of these small white maggots in it. I think these maggots got in when I put some yellow squash in the bin. Is there any way that I can’t take these maggots out of my worm bin, and can these maggots hurt my worms. Thank you.
