What movie is this? its at least 10 years old?

It sounds like one of the "Death Wish" movies, more like Death Wish 3, which had a group of street punks in it that were terrorizing a slum part of NYC. I remember a rocket launcher and an attempted , but I don't know if she was a teacher or not. Charles Bronson was the main character, and for a movie made in 1985 it wasn't bad.
