Can a doctor determine if a girl is a virgin by doing a pelvic sonogram?

this is going to sound like a lie lolz but my friend is going with ehr mother to the doctor to get a pelvic sonogram she's 16 but is afraid that the doctor lets her mother know she isn't a virgin...my response to her was that I doubt a doctor will go ahead and say it to her mother if he tells she's not a virgin..but then again im not sure that was a good answer idk...
