How rare is original film from Apollo 11?

I agree with answer by Betelgeuse that any item's value is based on what someone wants to pay. You could have a hundred dollar bill but if no one accepted it in a purchase or made change and you could never spend it or break it, it is worth nothing. A collectible is only valued to a collector.
