I have a icon in my tool bar that says " you may be a victim of software counterfeiting" .?

and it appears each time in a dialoge box when I turn on and shut down the computer. how do I remove it? I checked the website that was related to it , but there was nothing there that helped me. Its such a pain. and the dialoge box says your copy of validation didnt p the genuin one. what is it and how can I get my computer to be turned on automatically as it was without okaying dialoge boxes? please help me.
