Trichotillomania help?

Hi I'm 12 and I have Trichotillomania in my eyelashes and it's been going for a year of two. I haven't told ANYONE, and I've been trying really hard to stop, but today this girl made a comment on a big gap in my eyelashes and I was really embarred. I just said "oh, it doesn't grow there" and looked away. I'm really motivated to stop now but is there any way to get my eyelashes to grow faster? I'm doing Vaseline/petroleum jelly every night, but I feel really alone. I would be absoluly mortified to tell my parents, so no doctor-prescribed medicine. Or anything bought, really. So any home remedies that help? Thanks.
