Whats the best to be a good business men?

hi! I always thought of doing good business so i happen to open a coffee franchise whereby the investment was above 12 so now due to recessione i am not able to figure out whether the business is worth so what is that i have to do? and the company itself is facing recession please reply. firstly whether to start something else or just to wait. but starting to open new i need investment which is not there due to already investing in coffeee shop. please answer
