Which is easier to house train?

GSD or a Rotty or a Doberman which is easier to train? and which one will get the biggest and scary est looking. (so when my friends come over they go ooo **** you got a dog,so it will look mean but be nice and cuddly lol ) i am aware that it depends on the dog but i want just a general idea so don't tell me it depends on the individual dog please.thanks.
