Yes, I think the black and white would clash...The second dress looks like the bead work is gold and that would fit perfectly with your gold and emerald theme. Im more traditional but i think the second is the best. I think the B&W one would work if it were like halloween time or a halloween themed wedding (thats just the feeling I get from the dress)..
