The fiancee wants to install a tanning bed but i have a feeling its a commercial tanning bed?

my questions are is this possible? i dont think it is because alot of commercial wiring is more heavy duty then a house built in the late 60's. and if it is possible how do i go about hooking this up without causing major catastrophe. also how much would it cost to run if she tans like 2-3 times a week?
