How much can i get from financial aid answer plz no spam?

my efc is 0 im trying to apply for a dorm in spring at onondaga community college in syracuse im 21 how much will my refund be and if its not enough can i take out a loan for living expenses and like for a laptop i would actually need being im moving from buffalo and quitting my job to go there im not really sure how this financial aid thing works yet if someone could break it down i would appreciate it ido plan on having a car when i get there but i might need soem money just to get on my feet i dont plan on taking a bunch of loans out just enough to take care of my basic needs
