How do I fallow someone on my Cell phone from twitter?

Well first, you have to be connected to Twitter ON your phone.. And if you aren't, just text START to 40404; just make sure you don't have a signature. Then after you're all set up on your phone, you have to (on the web) go to that person's twitter. Around the name, it should say follow to my cell phone or something like that. Hope this helps! (:
