Should we take him to a doctor or physicatrist or organise some counselling session?

My cousin's son grew with us for a few years (my cousins wife died when the kid was 2 years old and cousin works in afar away place). When as a kid my wife used to simply feed him (with no milk but the act of suckling to stop him cry). Now he has grownup and is ten years old and does visits us every year. Even now when he comes home he goes to my wife and starts sucking her while going to bed. My wife doesnt know how to stop this, because she spoke to him, but he still continues doing so. Should we take him to a doctor or physicatrist or organise some counselling session?
