Please help rate/fix my Anti-Meta Chaos Deck?

main decking two MSt and two nobleman seems exessive, I would say at most one of each then side in the others when necessary. Getting some solemn warnings would be good too, alot of meta decks have the effects on summon, being able to negate the summon entirely can be extremely useful.
