Which is a better medical school: UC Irvine, UCLA or Drexel University School of Medicine?

UCLA is the best and therefore hardest to get into, then UCI, and then Drexel. However, you have a long time to go until med school. Med school in general is very hard to get into, and if you can get into one, you may not have very much choice about where it would be located, I'm afraid.
